Jackie Musgrove

Jackie has over 25 years environmental compliance experience in heavy manufacturing, gas transmission, paper industries, and surface mining. She is proficient in reviewing corporate and facility environmental programs and conducting due diligence because of her strength in knowledge of the environmental rules and their varied application.

Jackie developed a facility environmental training program for over 100 facilities in 22 states. The training program incorporated both corporate policy and state and federal regulatory requirements. Major issues were hazardous waste, emergency response, water, and air. She also had responsibility for audit program development, staff environmental training, and establishing compliance reporting programs.

Jackie had responsibility for managing the acquisition of permits and permit renewals at both the state and federal level. Her responsibilities also included filing regulatory and permit-required facility reports for NPDES, RCRA and SARA.

Jackie's domestic auditing experience includes natural gas compressor stations, paper mills and carton printing facilities, automotive component manufacturing, shipyards, construction equipment, and chemical plants. Her overseas experience includes audits at automotive manufacturing facilities and waste disposal sites.

At Pilko & Associates, she coordinates the annual updates of Pilko’s CheckPoint®_,CheckPoint®Texas and CheckPoint®Louisiana Audit Manuals for Petroleum and Chemical Industry. She also developed CheckPoint® New Jersey Audit Manual for Refineries and CheckPoint® Health and Safety Audit Manual. Jackie also conducts regulatory reviews on environmental due diligence efforts for major acquisitions and divestitures.

Jackie has a B.S. in Agriculture Production from Montana State University.
