What We Do
We assist our clients in creating Shareholder Value from EHS-related activities with a global reach. Our objective is to provide 50 to 100 times the value of our fees and our clients tell us that we consistently meet this objective.

Most Corporate Officers and Outside Directors understand the importance of EHS issues, but may not have a thorough understanding of current Best Practices and how they can be applied in given situations. Clients come to us to provide objective, third party advice, which is only available from seasoned professionals with broad perspectives.

Our clients retain us when a lot of money and/or their reputation is at risk. In other words, when they “absolutely, positively have to be right." We have consulted for many of our clients since the 1980s.

Our track record includes being the EHS Advisor on $450+ billion of energy and chemical transactions involving operations in 57 countries. Our clients are either buyers or sellers. We routinely work as part of their deal team along with leading investment bankers and international law firms.

We have been Advisors to the Corporate Officers and/or Outside Directors of 20+ Fortune 500 firms on EHS Governance Issues. We identify any potential gaps in their existing Governance Processes, then recommend how they can close these gaps by capitalizing on evolving Best Practices.

Finally, we are routinely retained as Advisors on large Litigation Cases, typically for the defense. Our focus is to look for innovative approaches to support the legal team in minimizing the financial risks for our clients.
