Pilko was formed in Houston in 1980 by five individuals. Since then we have handled assignments in 57 countries for multinational Chemical and Energy Companies as well as leading Private Equity firms.
We are “Business Driven EHS Advisors to Senior Executives and Boards”--typically advising on major Transactions, ongoing Governance or large Litigation Cases.
Our strategy has been to recruit individuals having hands-on management and operating experience in industry. Our team averages 34+ years experience--considerably more than traditional EHS consulting firms.
Our Team can best be described as "Type 3" problem solvers. Type 3 problems are those where you, the client, has a feeling that something is wrong, but can't quite define it. You need someone to sit down with you, do the diagnostics, identify the problem, help you create the optimum solution, and finally, facilitate implementation of the solution. Pilko specializes in Type 3 problems and provides the highest value in these types of assignments.
