Al Mok is a Professional Engineer with over 35 years of experience in environmental, health & safety management, and operational excellence in the oil & gas industry.

Al began his career with Schlumberger in Malaysia, worked internationally for a number of years and eventually settled in Canada, spending majority of his career at Suncor Energy. As an executive advisor, Al specializes in assisting clients in reducing operational risks and improving EH&S performance through implementation of effective management systems, robust & strategic enterprise risk management practices, change leadership, personal and process safety management programs, and safety culture transformation.

Throughout his career as an EH&S executive, Al has developed and led the implementation of various EH&S programs, including integrated EH&S management systems, operational integrity audits, transaction due diligence initiatives, as well as leading a successful merger between 2 EH&S departments of 2 major oil and gas companies in Canada.
