Doug Blanchard is Chief Financial Officer at Pilko & Associates. Doug is a CPA with over 30 years’ experience leading the accounting departments for small to mid-size consulting firms. He has been with Pilko for over 20 of those years, handling accounting, contracts, and HR matters.

Doug earned his accounting degree from Sam Houston State University, and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. Doug has been a long-time active member of the Boy Scouts, raising three boys who all earned their Eagle Scout rank. Doug and his wife currently reside in The Woodlands, Texas. They enjoy hiking, camping, and traveling.
