John Norton has over 39 years’ experience in major refining capital projects across North America, Europe and the Middle East.  Portfolio of engagement in all aspects of project execution from FEED through Detailed Engineering, Construction and Commissioning & Start Up (C&SU). This includes engagement in full life cycle (FEED through Start Up) of 4 Major Exxon Capital projects, execution lead in multiple projects in addition to participated in Cold Eyes execution Review (CER) of 10 – 12 projects and Turnarounds in North America and Asia. Successful integration of major Turnaround and Integrated events into project execution.
