Since voluntarily retiring from a fulfilling career in the refining industry, her passion continues to be aiding organizations with performance improvement, business strategy development, and leadership development.  She enjoys listening to others talk about their challenges, collaborating on ideas for improvement based upon her own personal experiences and learnings, and helping them become better leaders of their teams.

Kara’s collective experience can aid organizations in developing and aligning business plans around the achievement of excellent performance in safety, reliability, profitability, cost control, and efficiency.  She can help teams implement continuous improvement initiatives to promote the systematic management of key site work processes.
