Kimberly Gustafson has 30 years of experience in the oil & gas industry. She has significant depth of experience in maintenance, reliability and supply chain operations and has worked extensively across upstream, midstream and downstream operations, as well as in chemicals and mining. .

Prior to joining Pilko & Associates in 2019, Kimberly spent 8 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where she led transformation projects for clients in the energy industry. Prior to PwC, Kimberly spent 20 years in the refining industry, the majority of which was with BP at their Toledo, OH and Carson, CA refineries.

Kimberly has led the delivery of maintenance work process transformations, procurement transformations, and asset management system implementations, as well as assisted clients in the carve-out and integration activities associated with mergers and acquisitions. She has held positions in IT management, Capital Projects and Turnaround management.

Kimberly has a Mechanical Engineering degree from the University of Toledo, an MBA from the University of Michigan, and is a Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP).
