Paul Morrow joins Pilko with 35+ years chemical industry experience with strong skills in emulsion polymer processing, people leadership and coaching, lead projects to meet corporate/regulatory requirements, process improvement, root cause analysis, data-based decision making and collaboration.

Paul retired as SEA Regional Manufacturing Representative for Dow Chemicals in Singapore where he supported a regional cross-functional team to ensure the design of new equipment and supporting infrastructure would meet current and new emulsion technology and future capacity requirements. Paul also served as Site Leader at Dow Chemicals, Auckland where he ensured the safe operations for the manufacture and supply of emulsions to customers on time and within budget.

Prior to that, Paul held the position of Regional Improvement Leader at Dow Chemicals, Singapore, where he worked to ensure safe operations of the manufacture of acrylic emulsions within the SEA, ANZ and India plants. During this time, Paul successfully worked to introduce new products to the Dow Chemical plants. He supported the startup of a new Vietnam plant with 100% first pass quality. He was also responsible for troubleshooting, problem processes and improving capacity at sites. This resulted in quality improvement across the region as well as cycle time improvement while he served as APAC Regional Improvement Engineer in Singapore.

Earlier in his career, Paul held many roles at Rohm and Haas in New Zealand such as Plant Manager, Technical Manager, Production Manager and QA Manager. He also held laboratory roles at various New Zealand companies such as Anatech, Pacific Pharmaceuticals and Analabs.
