Reimer Hasche joins Pilko with 34 years of experience in the Chemical Industry with leadership and management positions in Germany, United States, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.

Reimer retired from Dow in 2019 after having a successful career with several challenging global assignments and large-scale management responsibilities.

Reimer joined Dow in 1985 and held various positions in Germany including due diligence project assignments, before relocating to Texas in 2000 as global improvement leader, followed by production leader responsibilities. At the end of 2005, Reimer relocated back to Germany as Boehlen Site leader, responsible for 600 employees and 8 production units. In September 2008, he moved to Kuwait as Vice President Manufacturing for EQUATE, managing 1600 employees and 14 plants. In 2012, he assumed the role as commissioning and start-up director for Sadara and relocated to Jubail, Saudi Arabia in 2013. After the completion of commissioning the largest chemical complex ever built in one stage consisting of 26 world scale process units, Reimer moved back to Germany in 2017, taking over the role as EMEAI Operations Project Director and Managing Director for Dow Central Germany.

Reimer earned a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Hamburg, Germany.
