As Director of Innovation at Georgia-Pacific (retired), Ron led enterprise-wide efforts in digital transformation, AI-driven agents and causal intelligence systems that reshaped how decisions are made and how knowledge is retained across complex operations. He holds multiple patents and was responsible for creating the world’s first commercial audio and video streaming service.

Ron is energized by the challenge of helping organizations improve execution by connecting strategy with frontline performance. He brings a first-principles approach to innovation and a collaborative leadership style that empowers teams at every level.

Ron is a frequent speaker on topics such as Industry 4.0, connected worker platforms, decision intelligence, change management, and scaling transformation with AI. He is known for blending technical knowledge with a pragmatic, business-first approach that makes innovation tangible and achievable.

A product of the University of Georgia, Ron has continued his learning throughout his career through executive education, applied innovation, and real-world transformation work. He and his wife live in Georgia and enjoy spending time with their grandchildren. He is also a guest DJ on Sirius XM’s Radio Margaritaville and enjoys music, storytelling, and creative projects.
