Vincent Huang brings 30+ years of chemical expertise to Pilko after retiring from Dow Chemical Company as Strategic Growth Director responsible for Asset Strategy; and APR Manufacturing Director/MHP Site Leader where he led 14 manufacturing sites in Asia. Previous to that at Rohm and Haas Company, he served for Coatings business in Asia as Operations Director, Supply Chain Manager, Planning Manager, Plant Manager and Technical Manager.

Earlier in Vincent’s career, he served as Utility Supervisor, Process Engineer and Expansion Project Engineer at Taiwan Styrene Monomer Inc.

Vincent is competent in extensive leadership and management exposure including leadership position in Regional Manufacturing, in leadership team for Global Manufacturing and Regional Business. He has strong execution capability by applying strategy to achieve Vision. He has high integrity and is honest and responsible.

Vincent is a strong team leader with the ability to build up an empowered and cohesive team and has professional credibility with broad knowledge and experience in the Chemical Industry for Manufacturing and Supply Chain.

Vincent received his Master, Chemical Engineering/National ChengKung University, Taiwan.
