Sue Krienen joined Pilko in 2017 after a 37 year career in the oil industry where she worked with Mobil Oil, ExxonMobil, Williams, Marathon and Shell Oil. Her most recent position was the Shell Oil Regional Director for Americas Growth Projects for 8 refineries and chemical plants within North and South America. Sue also has extensive leadership experience in all aspects of refining and has been a Refinery General Manager for Shell and Williams. Her experience includes areas of Operations, Maintenance, Technical and Environmental, Health & Safety. She has completed Health, Safety and Environmental Audits around the world across a number of business units.

Sue has extensive experience in identifying and managing Operational and EHS issues/risks.  She has worked on a number of Vendor Due Diligence projects for Pilko and the client feedback has been excellent based on the value Sue has provided to the project.

Sue excels at coaching people to improve their leadership capabilities and increase the performance of their organization.

Sue received her Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Michigan Technological University in 1979.
